"The way of Kicking and Punching" is the translation of Taekwondo. Once banned in Korea, Taekwondo
is now the most widespread martial art in the world. Taekwondo emphasizes techniques in punching,
kicking and blocking as well as practicing poomse (a pattern of techniques to simulate a combative situation). At KMA of League City, our Taekwondo program consists of practitioners of all ages and all sizes. We have separate classes specifically for all age groups as well as levels of experience.
