"The way of Redirecting Energy" is the translation of Hapkido. This art is geared specifically for
self-defense (not competition). You will start off learning basic motion and how to break away from
simple grabs and chokes. As you advance and learn how basic motion, you will leard how to defend
yourself against any attack with the least amount of energy or strength exerted. Hapkido will help you be more confident and aware of your surroundings. You will notice more energy, flexibility, and discipline. You are always welcome to stop by and watch our classes |
